Privacy notice

This notice explains how Escape Ordinary Group Ltd (“Escape Ordinary”, “we”), registered in England and Wales (company no. 13709097), registered office Unit 2G Redwither Tower, Redwither Business Park, Wrexham LL13 9XT, uses the information you give us through escapeordinarygroup.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), the details you provide about your property and enquiry, the page you sent it from, and any campaign information in the link you followed.

How we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call or property visit, and prepare an appraisal or proposal you've asked for. Our lawful basis is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We only send you news and offers if you tick the box on the form, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is processed by our website host, Vercel, in Dublin, Ireland, and stored in our property management system, which runs on Supabase, also in Ireland. Enquiry notifications to our team are sent through Resend from its EU region in Ireland; they include your name and the type of enquiry, but not your contact details. Website pages are delivered through Vercel's global network. These providers process data only on our instructions, under their data processing terms. If any of them processes data outside the UK or the EU, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case our client records policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us on 028 9532 0325 or at admin@escapeordinarygroup.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

Our websites (escapeordinarygroup.com and our individual property sites) use one essential cookie, eo_consent, to remember your cookie choice for 12 months. It is always on because the sites need it.

With your permission we also use analytics cookies from Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_*) to understand which pages are useful. They are off by default and only set if you choose “Accept all” or turn analytics on under “Manage”. We use Google's Consent Mode, so no analytics cookies are set until you agree. Google Analytics measures visits across our sites (escapeordinarygroup.com, escapeordinary.net and our property sites) as one property. We don't use advertising cookies.

You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we remove the analytics cookies we set. Google Analytics keeps the event data it collects for 14 months, then deletes it. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
