Do I need Tourism NI certification for a holiday let?
Yes. In Northern Ireland, self-catering accommodation must be certified by Tourism NI before it is offered to guests. We help owners through the process. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
Can I still use the property myself?
Yes. Block your own dates in the calendar and we'll work around them.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Northern Ireland. Today we look after homes on the Causeway Coast, in Fermanagh, in Belfast and around the Mournes.
